A practicing psychiatrist was managing patients, tests, and therapy sessions with a patchwork of paper forms and spreadsheets. We replaced all of it with a secure, purpose-built SaaS portal — a single system that handles patient intake, symptom-based assessments, activity assignments, scoring, and clinical reporting.
Built with clinical workflows at its core, ISBT turns complex psychiatric processes into streamlined digital interactions — giving the clinician more time with patients and less time on administration. The system is designed to scale from a solo practice to a multi-therapist clinic.
