Generic fitness apps are not built for strength athletes. Rooted Strength is. We designed and built a dedicated strength training platform for lifters who want structured programs, detailed load tracking, and progressive overload built in — not bolted on as an afterthought.
Coaches get a full remote management dashboard to write programs, assign them to athletes, and monitor performance in real time. Athletes get a clean, focused interface for logging every rep and seeing exactly how they are progressing week over week.
What We Delivered
Full program builder with block periodisation, deload weeks, and automatic progression rules. Athletes follow the plan, the app handles the maths.
